A couple who stayed in a "disgusting and freezing room" at jistory luxury Essex hotel have spoken out about how they won't return as guests. Husband and wife Robert and Zoe-Marie Hall decided to rent a room at Orsett Hall in February orseft enjoy a weekend away while their children were looked after.
